Dr. Zach Goodman
I have lived and practiced general dentistry in Minden since June 2006. My wife and I are blessed to have three children, all born and raised here. I feel grateful to God for the opportunity to help people with their dental needs and genuinely look forward to coming to work every day. Outside of the office, I enjoy spending time with my family, traveling, watching LSU football, golfing with my son, and cooking.
Dr. Justin Procell
Hello, I am Dr. Levi Procell one of the dentists here at Minden Family Dental. I grew up in Heflin and graduated from Lakeside High School. I received my Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from LSU School of Dentistry. In my spare time I love to try new restaurants, listen to true crime podcasts, travel to visit friends and always ready for a visit to New Orleans!
Dr. Kaleigh Bundy
I received my Doctorate of Dental Surgery from LSU School of Dentistry and have been practicing in Minden since 2022. I am married to my high school sweetheart, Cody, and together we have beautiful baby girls. In my free time, I enjoy spending time with friends and family, traveling, listening to podcasts and reading.
Faith Culpepper
My name is Faith and I am Minden Family Dental’s Financial Coordinator. I grew up in Minden, graduated from Minden High School and then Louisiana Tech and I love getting to see familiar faces every day! My favorite pastime is hanging out with my family… we like to watch sports, play baseball and arrowhead hunt.
Sarah Phillips
My name is Sarah, I’m originally from Delhi, graduated from Riverfield Academy. I truly love what I do, and I enjoy working with such a great team, which makes it even better. Things I enjoy after work are thrifting, true crime shows and loving my fur babies.
Teresa Roberts-Chandler
Hi! I’m Teresa the office manager here at Minden Family Dental. I graduated from Minden High and Tarleton State University in Texas. I’m blessed with a great husband and two wonderful daughters. I love the family environment of Minden Family Dental made up of both co-workers and patients. We’d love for you to come join us!
Michelle Savage
I am Michelle Savage. I am from Monroe, La, but have lived in Minden since 2008. I received my BA at ULM. I have one daughter and one son. I like to spend time with friends and family, go to sporting events, and read in my spare time.
Danielle Smith
My name is Danielle and I am a dental assistant here at Minden Family Dental. I have worked here since 2017 and love my work family and patients. I enjoy spending time with my husband and daughter.
Cyndi Bond
I’m Cyndi, I’m one of the chair side dental assistants. I grew up in Bossier City and now live in Claiborne Parish. I enjoy gardening, sewing and spending time with my two precious grandchildren.
Kaylie Branch
My name is Kaylie and I am one of Minden Family Dental’s Dental Hygienists. I grew up in Minden, graduated from Glenbrook and attended dental hygiene school at University of Louisiana at Monroe. My favorite pastimes are hanging out with my family and friends, reading, and baking.
Nicole Cox
My name is Nicole Cox and I’ve been a hygienist for 18 years and have been at Minden Family Dental for the past 13 years. I was born and raised in Minden and still call Minden home. I’ve been married to Van for 17 years. We have a 14-year-old son, Tanner and a 7 year old daughter, Landry.
Carrigan Lee
I was born and raised in Minden and graduated from Lakeside High School. I have been assisting for four years now and absolutely love what I do. When not at work, I spend all my time with my husband, Sawyer, and our little girl, Palmer.
Abby Ogwyn
I graduated from Southern University Shreveport, Dental Hygiene program in 2009. I take pride in educating patients to achieve healthy smiles and serve a wonderful community that makes my job rewarding. I reside in Minden with my husband, Jason, and two daughters. I enjoy reading, being outdoors and attending school and church activities with my family.
